Staying Home? Here’s 5 outfits for you!
After the circuit breaker measures got put into place, people have been encouraged to isolate themselves at home, and not to eat out or even to meet friends/relatives who are not living in the same household. As such, most of you, like us, might have been living in sweatpants and lounge-wear for the past 2 weeks. Yet, this may sometimes make you feel more down than you actually are. Dressing up, on the contrary, allows you to feel alive and better! Furthermore, with all the teleconferences arranged, it would have been better to still look polished while meeting your bosses and colleagues!
Let's take a look at 5 outfits that you can wear at home whether it is for a conference call or if it's just to make you feel better :)

Slip dresses may be the hottest thing right now, with most of us engaging in home affairs and needing comfortable wear! Danielle Abstract Waist-Tie Slip Dress (upcoming) features a v-neckline, slim shoulder straps and abstract prints in the sweetest hues. It also comes with a detachable waist-tie for cinching of the waist in the event you are heading out for a gathering with friends after this whole Covid-19 situation is over!
A fitted knit top with a high neckline (Kaci Mock Neck Sleeved Top, upcoming) and a belted skirt with an asymmetrical hemline (Rebecca Belted Asymmetrical Skirt, upcoming) make for a really polished look for telecommuting. Turn up in this outfit for your e-meeting and still portray a confident and responsible self in the midst of work-from-home. This outfit is certainly a keeper in our office wardrobe!

Basics are what we are diving into, and loving it! This knit top & culottes outfit took our breath away at first sight. Its combination is utterly simple and minimalist, yet it feels sophisticated at the same time. It would not be incorrect to say that this outfit is made for the modern woman who gets work done fast. Wylie Ribbed Knit Top (upcoming) is a basic sleeved top that is perfect for any bottoms - be it pants, skirt, shorts etc. And Mathilda Culottes (upcoming) only adds to the outfit with its wide-legged silhouette.
An undoubtedly straightforward outfit to wear at home would be that of a top and shorts combination. In this case, we have paired Kaci Mock Neck Top (upcoming) with the Charlton Shorts for an effortless look! Since both are basics, they are suitable for pairing with a variety of other items. This certainly adds to the pleasure of dressing up and feeling good!
Last but not least, there may be special occasions that one should celebrate during this period - whether it is your birthday or anniversary. Even though you are not able to head out to the most glamourous restaurant for dinner, you can, however, prepare a sumptuous meal at home (or call for food delivery), and dress up to the nines still! For these special occasions, we would love to be dressed in Aberiana Mesh Embroidery Dress (upcoming)! This dress is one of the most feminine and dainty numbers that would be ideal for such dates!
Even though T-shirts and shorts probably will do at home, it may be a good idea to dress up at least once or twice weekly! Stay home and stay safe this period!
