The CNY Lookbook: All Festive

It's the time of the year again! Chinese New Year is just two weeks later and it is certainly time for all the fashionistas, young and old, to be out and about, making the streets their runway. It sure is the same for us ;)

To provide you with some ideas of what to wear this CNY, we have prepared this lookbook with 4 CNY-ish outfits! Read on for more :)

 

Floral and embroidery are details that can't be missed during this traditionally festive occasion. Besides the mandarin collars that offers a glimpse of the traditional cheongsam, or qipao, we have incorporated floral embroidery patterns onto a mesh bodice. This speaks of spring, and is almost extremely auspicious. 

Floriana is the dress we are referring to, and we also love how the skater dress provides a modish overall vibe to the look ^^

Glyn is the one dress that is suitable for office as well as CNY visiting. Featuring colourblock and embossed patterns, it comes with a fit-n-flare silhouette that flatters, and is exceedingly modest in hiding our tummies when we succumb to those delectable CNY goodies ;)

White is always the purest colour of them all, and to match this shade up with eyelet crochet, it has become the purest, most feminine outfit that charms. With a fitted bodice, and a dropwaist hem, Megan is exceptionally demure and effective in achieving the confidently polished look :)

We can't do without midi and maxi dresses too! Long dresses have been such comfortable pieces to be in for daily affairs, that we love for at least one such piece in our CNY wardrobe. This cherry number features a v-neckline, and a high-low gathered hem. Its loose silhouette makes it the perfect number for slip dressing with a white top, talk about versatility. This dress provides an effortless girl-next-door look, and will be available in our upcoming collection, 8 February Thursday at 830pm!
