The Workwear Edit
Today, we are back with a new post on our latest workwear pieces that the team has fallen hopelessly in love with. From colourblock dresses, to dresses that allow two different ways of wearing them, and to the classic white blouse, we all need one of each in our workwear wardrobe! Let us share with you our two-cents on the ways to styling these items! ;)
-
First on the list is no doubt colourblock dresses! Colourblock dresses have been our favourites for a long time now, and even more so for corporate situations. They are generally extremely effortless to don on every morning, yet equally chic as they have incorporated the different but complementing shades to the outfit. In this case, it makes the dress look really interesting without actually putting in much effort. For office-wear, you may simply add a blazer or bolero for a professional look. Besides, Leonie Colourblock Dress comes with slim, adjustable shoulder straps which makes it perfect for after-work parties! ;)

It would honestly be a dream come true to be able to have a dress with dual functions. In this case, Blaire Two Way Dress fits the bill without doubt! Made for the modern woman, it features a fitted silhouette, and comes with an exposed front zip for easy wearing. In addition, you can even wear it as a dress or an outerwear with the dress unzipped! This surely provides more bang for the buck when making your purchase. After all, this dress with its muted tones is sure to be worn on many occasions, so isn't it much better if you could wear it both ways? Further, wearing a longer outerwear over your outfit certainly makes one look more fashionably chic, and hence this tops our list for the workwear favourites!

A white blouse is the classic piece in every lady's wardrobe.
If you haven't already added one into your wardrobe, it is about high-time you do so! And the one white blouse that we have included in this Workwear Edit is the Meredine Classy Blouse. Coming in flowy long sleeves, Meredine is made with the softest fabric and features a high-low hemline for a modish touch. One may pair this top tucked into a high-waist flare pants to elongate your frame and complete your look with high heels.

Fit-n-flare sleeved dresses are always our go-to, if we would like a dress that provides a flattering silhouette, and to hide our tummies of course! Amalia features a mid-to-midi length and a polished fit-n-flare design, with the sleekly smooth fabric with abstract floral prints. We would love to pair this with a nude-coloured pumps for an elegant look!

And to end off this post, it is colourblock once again! With a tulip silhouette, Tessa Colourblock Work Dress is a more office-appropriate option compared to the earlier Leonie Spag Work Dress with its shoulder covered up instead of being spaghetti straps. This dress, then, works absolutely well alone without the companionship of a more formal-looking blazer. For work functions, this is the dress we would strongly recommend for the ultimate fit. To complete your look, pair this dress with muted tones heels.

Since you have now had your workwear wardrobe figured out, isn't it time to get that promotion you have always desired? :)
